Refund Policy

Digital products, generally final

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't match its product listing
• You were charged more than once for the same order in error
• The wrong product was delivered due to a checkout error

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll either fix the file or issue a refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@herculisdesignstudio.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Most requests are resolved within 1–2 business days.

Sale and bundle items

Discounted and bundled products follow the same policy as full-price items.
